How Emotions Determine Your Personality
Emotions are obscure, hidden beneath several layers of physical and mental translations. Feeling one way due to a trigger from an external factor like environment, time, and body, reliving a past moment, or a vivid imagination of a future moment creates an emotion in your body. This emotion if continued for several hours, transforms into mood. The mood continuing for a few weeks turns into temperament. This temperament carried around without realization for months and years, becomes your personality.
This shows how important it is to OBSERVE. To really pay attention to thoughts- conscious, and unconscious, autonomous emotions, and behaviors to shape or change your personality. Personality is what you repeatedly reinforce in your physiological chemical concoction. Shouldn't your personality be the most beautiful thing you radiate if this defines how clear you are, within you?
Everything, material or otherwise vibrates at their own frequencies, and thoughts and emotions generated by our brain and body are no exceptions. Several experiments show how emotions that vibrate at higher frequencies align water molecules in a coherent and orderly way. So, it's imperative that our emotions are maintained to those at higher frequencies. Find the chart attached, outlining various emotions and their vibrational frequencies.
So, as established earlier, the first step to changing your personality is to observe your behaviors, thoughts, and emotions.
The second step is to consciously replace those automated behaviors and emotions with relatively higher-frequency emotions. For instance, if you have always been fearful of say, giving a talk/presentation, replace this emotion consciously, using conscious thoughts, with Courage which is at a higher range in the frequency scale. So every time the emotion of fear creeps up, raising your fight or flight reactions, focus on breathing and bring courage into the picture and see yourself doing the same feared thing extremely well and successfully.
Visualize the same vividly, at any free moment, such that this courage to do the same thing you've dreaded already happened at the quantum level, in your mind and body. For your mind and body, it can't distinguish past, present, and imaginary scenarios once thoughts and emotions align. In books written by Dr. Joe Dispenza, there is a lot of extensive reading on this intriguing topic of visualization, and neurological linkages to manifestation that I strongly recommend.

Easier said than done, but the earlier you recognize, replace, and practice, you'll reap the benefits of possessing a vibrant personality that attracts all kinds of success that you desire.
